Forward-deployed for marketing
Learn from every campaign, and check every claim.
We build AI into the marketing you already run (creative analysis, briefs, experiments, and reporting) so strategists and analysts work on what to make next instead of tagging ads and rebuilding the same reports.

I / Where the hours go
What we look for first.
Winners nobody can explain
Ads launch by the dozen each month, but few are labeled by the hook or offer they tried, so why a winner won lives in one person’s memory.
Reviews by reply-all
Each asset passes through brand, legal, and channel owners by email and comment thread. Much of the cycle is spent waiting, and reviewers fix the same mistakes week after week.
Tests that never conclude
Experiments launch without a hypothesis or a sample size, end when someone loses patience, and leave a readout nobody trusts enough to act on.
Reporting by hand
Every Monday, analysts pull the same numbers from Ads Manager, GA4, and the CRM, reconcile them by hand, and still cannot say what each channel actually added.
II / What we build
Systems, not slideware.
Creative analysis
Tags each ad by hook, format, claim, talent, and offer, joins the tags to spend and results in your warehouse, and shows which patterns win and which have worn out. Strategists own the taxonomy.
Customer insight
Reads reviews, sales calls, tickets, and surveys for the language and objections customers voice, then joins those themes to purchase history to show what your most valuable customers have in common. Every theme links to its sources.
Content and creator operations
Drafts briefs for your team and creators, turns licensed footage into cutdowns, resizes, translations, and new hooks, and tracks every piece and its usage rights from brief to publish. Owners approve each step.
Brand and claims review
Checks each draft against your voice guide, approved-claims library, and disclosure rules, and flags any claim without substantiation on file. Legal and brand still sign off before anything publishes.
Concept screening
Synthetic panels built from your own research narrow a long list of concepts before production or media money is spent. Their picks are scored against in-market results, and they never stand in for a real test.
Experiments and incrementality
Designs each test before launch (hypothesis, metric, sample size, and stopping rule), runs geo holdouts and lift studies, and calibrates a media-mix model in Google’s Meridian or Meta’s Robyn against them. An analyst signs off on each readout.
Consented personalization
Chooses among approved variants for each customer in Braze, Klaviyo, or Iterable, using consented first-party data, with a holdout group so each program proves its lift. Nothing unapproved is sent.
Performance copilot
Takes plain-language questions on spend, pacing, pipeline, and results, writes the SQL against Snowflake or BigQuery and displays it beside each answer, and drafts the weekly readout. Your analysts define each metric it may use.
III / A first vintage
Creative analysis for paid media
First production deployment, Six to ten weeks
A pod connects Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads to your warehouse, tags past creative to a taxonomy your strategists approve, and compares its tags with theirs for four weeks before the weekly readout goes live.
Judged by
Analyst hours on the weekly creative readout, the share of spend on tagged creative, and hit rate against control for new concepts, each tracked from where the Survey found it.
An illustration of a first deployment, not a description of a past client.
IV / What we measure
Baselined before we build.
- Brief-to-launch cycle time
- Review rounds per asset
- Creative hit rate against control
- Cost per acquisition by concept
- Incremental ROAS from holdout tests
- Experiments concluded per quarter
- Analyst hours on recurring reporting
Set during the Survey and reported every season after.

Named for familiarity, not partnership. We integrate with what you already run and recommend new tools only when the work requires them.
V / Guardrails
Where people stay in control.
No invented customers
We design to the FTC Endorsement Guides, which reach virtual influencers, and the FTC’s 2024 rule banning fake reviews and testimonials, AI-generated ones included. No synthetic person poses as a customer.
Synthetic media, labeled and licensed
Synthetic performers carry the disclosure New York has required in ads since June 2026, AI-generated content follows Meta, TikTok, and YouTube labeling rules, and any real voice or likeness runs under a signed license.
Claims and copyright
Every objective claim has the reasonable basis the FTC expects on file before it runs. US copyright requires human authorship, so assets you must own are made with people, not by prompts alone.
Consent comes first
Personalization honors opt-outs and Global Privacy Control signals under CCPA/CPRA and the GDPR right to object to marketing profiling. Customer data stays in your tenant, and no model provider trains on it.
