Forward-deployed in financial services
Shorter queues, with decisions an examiner can follow.
We build AI into onboarding, AML investigations, underwriting, claims, and client service. It lives inside your core and CRM, documented for model risk and compliance review, with people making every credit, claim, and SAR decision.
Where the hours go
- Documents keyed twice
- Alert queues that never clear
- Answers buried in procedures
- Supervision after the fact
What a pod builds
- KYC and onboarding review
- AML alert triage
- Underwriting and spreading
- Claims intake and FNOL
What gets measured
- Onboarding cycle time and KYC rework
- Alert handling time and backlog age
- Time to credit decision and spreading hours per file
- FNOL-to-first-contact and claim cycle time
What is different here
Financial institutions answer to examiners as well as auditors. A tool that drafts alert narratives or spreads a borrower’s statements will be reviewed by model risk or AI governance and by compliance; a client email may be a supervised communication and a regulated record; and the data lives in cores and policy systems that change slowly. AI here has to arrive with its documentation, records, and vendor-risk answers ready.
I / Where the hours go
What we look for first.
Documents keyed twice
Applications, KYC files, financial statements, and claims arrive as PDFs, photos, and email, and staff retype them into cores, claims systems, and spreading templates before any judgment starts.
Alert queues that never clear
Most transaction-monitoring alerts close as false positives, yet each needs the same pull of history, counterparties, and prior cases before an investigator can write a word.
Answers buried in procedures
Service and operations staff search long procedure manuals, disclosures, and product terms while the customer waits, and the answer depends on who picks up.
Supervision after the fact
Advisor notes, complaint files, and regulatory-report support are assembled after the work is done, so supervision and exam preparation begin with a hunt through inboxes and shared drives.
II / What we build
Systems, not slideware.
KYC and onboarding review
Reads IDs, formation documents, and ownership records, checks them against your CIP and due-diligence rules and your screening provider’s results, and routes every exception to an analyst to decide.
AML alert triage
Gathers transactions, counterparties, KYC, and prior cases for each alert, drafts an investigator-ready summary (and a narrative draft when a case is escalated), and suggests a disposition. Investigators and your BSA officer decide every SAR.
Underwriting and spreading
Extracts tax returns, financial statements, and rent rolls into your spreading templates in nCino or your LOS, each figure tied to its page, and re-tests covenants as new statements arrive. The credit analyst confirms every number.
Claims intake and FNOL
Takes first notice of loss from calls, email, and portals, structures facts, photos, and reports into Guidewire or Duck Creek, and flags coverage questions for an adjuster and possible fraud for your SIU.
Service answers and complaints
Gives contact-center and branch staff answers from your procedures, disclosures, and product terms, with the source on screen. Complaints and error notices are logged as they arise, with Regulation E and Z clocks tracked.
Advisor prep and notes
Builds meeting briefs and client review packs from CRM, portfolio, and planning data, then drafts notes and follow-ups for the advisor to approve before filing to CRM and your records archive.
Collections and servicing
Summarizes each delinquent account, suggests hardship and workout options within your policy, and drafts outreach that respects your contact-frequency and consent rules; a collector chooses what to offer and send.
Regulatory report drafts
Prepares reconciliations, edit checks, and variance commentary for Call Reports, HMDA data, and insurers’ statutory statements from your warehouse; finance and compliance review, correct, and sign every filing.
III / A first vintage
Alert summaries and narratives
First production deployment, Six to ten weeks
A pod connects to your transaction-monitoring and case systems, tests summaries and narrative drafts against closed cases with your BSA officer, and runs read-only beside investigators before any draft enters a live file.
Judged by
Alert handling time, investigator hours per case, and the share of narrative drafts QA accepts with light edits, each checked against the alert queue the Survey timed.

IV / What we measure
Baselined before we build.
- Onboarding cycle time and KYC rework
- Alert handling time and backlog age
- Time to credit decision and spreading hours per file
- FNOL-to-first-contact and claim cycle time
- Average handle time and first-contact resolution
- Advisor hours on meeting prep and notes
- Complaints resolved within required timeframes
Set during the Survey and reported every season after.

V / Guardrails
Where people stay in control.
Model risk, documented
SR 26-2 and OCC Bulletin 2026-13 replaced SR 11-7 in April 2026 and leave generative and agentic AI out of scope. We document, validate, and monitor to that guidance anyway, and to the NAIC model AI bulletin for insurers.
People decide credit and SARs
Adverse-action notices give the principal reasons, drawn from the factors actually considered or scored, as ECOA and Regulation B require. AML tools prepare cases; filing decisions stay with investigators under your BSA program, and SAR confidentiality holds.
Communications and records
Client-facing drafts follow your FINRA Rule 2210 approval and Rule 3110 supervision procedures, and prompts, outputs, and approvals are retained under SEC Rule 17a-4 or Advisers Act Rule 204-2, as applicable.
Security and vendor review
Everything we build runs in your cloud under your GLBA safeguards program and, where it applies, NYDFS Part 500. Your data trains no model outside your cloud. Our documentation is built for your vendor-risk review under the interagency third-party guidance.
